Next Step Leader Mentoring is a community-based program offering unique leadership development. Along with the enriching program content, each participant is paired and meets with an individual mentor. Over the course of eight months of private, individual sessions and four group learning experiences, participants gain a unique opportunity for profound personal growth. Most relationships with the mentors persist well beyond the boundaries of the program.
Next Step Leader Mentoring concentrates on the life of leading rather than a prescribed set of leadership “skills” or traits. Participant surveys, from our fifty graduates over the past years, show profound personal transformations are spurred by the program’s content and the one-on-one mentoring relationship.
